SELSLEY COMMON
Selsley offers both a north west and north east face to fly from, each hosts a vast area of flat landing space , making this an ideal slope for the larger scaled models. The only down side to Selsley is its growing popularity with both Para gliders, and the ever increasing paternity of big kite flyers. We do practice an unwritten slope safety policy in agreement with the Para gliders, so that we never deliberately fly into each others airspace which seems to work well. Access to each face could not be easier, being a short 400 yard walk across a flat open common . ( last one to the slope gets all the ice-creams in ) 'not a club rule, but someone should propose it'.
