FROCESTER HILL

Not the biggest of our flying site's but still a wonderful south westerly facing little ridge, it is well suited to the smaller models of 1 to 3 meter span, the landing area is somewhat small, and is where this slope offers the greatest challenge, especially so when the wind moves northerly, resulting in a short landing area in constant ridge lift. Having said that once you are able to spot land here, you can land anywhere. This is my favorite slope offering high speeds and low passes, not to forget that you can park within 300 yards of  the slope face. And stay for long enough, and you may get to see some great sunsets across the river Severn.
